10.5.08 Simultanious Services

Hey everyone,
I wanted to throw out a few questions on this past Sunday for feedback so we can improve for next week. Here they are:

- How well did you think the communication was from room to room, Technical Director to Camera Operators, and Room Directors to Pastoral Staff? Was is clear and consistent? If not, what would you change?

- Were the scripts marked with all the notes that were needed? What could be added or removed from the scripts?

- How was the setup and placement of equipment, laptops, and anything else you may have used or seen?

Any other comments/concerns/feedback are always welcome and encouraged as well!

whoever suggested having you as producer start the service had a good idea. The media shout area in the mc needs a little re-arranging and perhaps after the trial exploring the possibility of displaying jeff's slides in there. I feel like people who would attend the contemporary services have come to expect that.

As far as having me, the Producer, starting the service by cuing each Room Director, that we will start as of this Sunday.

We discussed the slides in the MC at out staff meeting this week, and that is something we will consider if you go past this experiment trial in that room.
