It would appear that the actual process is working on the technical side, and I would have to say that is because of Rick, Brian and Fran. (Rick mostly doing the planning all week) The others for actually implementing that plan.
On the clergy side, only seeing the sanctuary side it is hard to evaluate, but I have not heard anything bad.
I think these are exciting times, and all who are participating should feel proud of their contribution. I feel pretty good about the little input I had, and would like to see this process continue, so that we all can grow and become more proficent, in the area of our responsibility, whatever that might be.
